A portion of the meeting will be closed pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.05 Subd. 3(b) - the Council will adjourn to a closed session to discuss a pending litigation matter, Molly Dennis v. City of Rochester, Patrick Keane, and Kim Norton. The need for absolute confidentiality outweighs the purposes of the open meeting law.
