City Council - Special Meeting

  • Date: 02/10/2025 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM  
  • Location: City Hall
    201 4th St. SE
    Rochester, Minnesota 55904
  • Introduction: The meeting will start at 5:30 p.m. or directly after conclusion of the Council Study Session.
    The public may attend the meeting in person in City Hall Conference Room 104.

Executive Session - Closed Pursuant to Minn. Statutes 13D.05 Subd. 3(c)(3) to consider the option and purchase price of properties identified as:

1. Richard E. Badger, Trustee, Parcel Identification Nos. 752413035211 and 752411082670

2. 75th AZ LLC, Parcel Identification No. 752414035210 

 The Council will recess into executive session in Conference Room 104. No formal action or vote can be taken in such a closed session. Following completion of the closed session discussion, the Council will return to an open meeting and may consider some action on the same topic.
