Approve the request from Chief Peterson, dated October 13, 2016, to provide the Mayor with a list of the top three candidates from the current Police Officer eligibility list for selection and appointment of 2 entry-level Police Officers, due to the promotion of Officer Travis Riggot to Sergeant and the resignation of Officer Augusto Torrez.
