NOTICE OF TRANSPORTATION WORK SESSION

DESTINATION MEDICAL CENTER CORPORATION

Date and Time: Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at 2:30 PM

Rochester, MN 55904

Purpose: The Board of Directors of the Destination Medical Center Corporation has invited the City of Rochester City Council, the Olmsted County Board of Commissioners, and the Board of Directors of the Destination Medical Center Economic Development Agency to a Transportation Work Session. The Work Session will consider recent transportation deliverables, integrated transit studies scenarios and recommendations, public comments and feedback, pending issues, recommended next steps, and seek comments from the public policy makers.

The agenda is posted separately. A quorum of the Board of Directors of the Destination Medical Center Corporation, as well as the City Council Members and Olmsted County Board of Commissioners may be present at this Work Session.

Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend the Work Session. If you wish to monitor the Work Session electronically from a remote location, please visit http://www.ustream.tv/channel/destination-medical-center.

Directions to the Mayo Civic Center:

Convenient parking is available in the 1st Street Parking Ramp (507-282-4545), next to the Doubletree Hotel in downtown Rochester or in the Civic Center Ramp, across the street.
