Is your yard ready and resilient? Weather extremes, from hotter temperatures to more frequent heavy rainfalls are new normal in Minnesota. This workshop provides a framework to understand the importance of resilience and how it can be fostered in your yard through a variety of practices, including planting native plants and how to install your own rain garden.

The Stormwater Presents Speaker Series is a quarterly program featuring topics related to stormwater management in the City of Rochester. This program is FREE of charge and no registration is needed. All presentations are held in Rochester at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota - Cascade Meadow (2900 - 19th Street NW).
