This meeting shall be conducted pursuant to Minnesota statutes section 13d.021 and members may appear electronically. Should any member appear electronically, all votes shall be taken by roll call and each member of the board will be able to hear each other. No public comments shall be taken at this meeting and public access will be restricted to comply with state health guidance during the pandemic.
