The artist,&nbsp;Inigo Manglano-Ovalle, will be available from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a viewing and meeting.</p><p>All City Council Members have been invited to the meeting with the artist.&nbsp;</p><p>This is a public event. All community members are also welcome and encouraged to attend.&nbsp;The artist meeting will occur on Peace Plaza - West Side (near Laskers Jewelers).
