Rochester Mayor Kim Norton will host the Mayor’s State of City event at Mayo Civic Center, Suite 102/103, on Wednesday, Jan. 10. There will be an optional breakfast at 7:15 a.m. The cost for the breakfast is $14. The program will start at 7:30 a.m.
Mayor Norton will be joined by community leaders to share reflections on the accomplishments of the past year and to look ahead to 2024.
