Attendees can learn more about the project and share their feedback on design concepts and traffic implications.</p><p align="center"><b>North Broadway Park &amp; Ride Project Open House #1<br></b><span style="text-align: left;">Tuesday, October 22 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.<br></span><span style="text-align: left;">Rochester Recreation Center (21 Elton Hills Drive NW)<br></span><i style="text-align: left;">This event has an open-house format with no set presentation.<br></i><i style="text-align: left;">Enter through the main doors (Door #1) and follow signs to the lower gymnasium</i></p><p>The City of Rochester plans to construct a parking facility that will function as a park-and-ride for regional commuters as well as provide evening and weekend parking for activities at the Rochester Recreation Center and 125 Live, the active living center.</p><p>The planned park and ride facility will include:</p><ul>    <li>200 parking spaces</li>    <li>Transit stops for two buses</li>    <li>Sheltered area for passengers</li>    <li>Restrooms for bus drivers </li></ul>
