The City is exploring whether a natural gas franchise fee could be an appropriate tool to help support local programs and services that benefit residents, renters, businesses, and the broader community. </p><p>During this session, City staff will: </p><ul>    <li>Provide a clear overview of what a natural gas franchise fee is (and what it is not)</li>    <li>Explain why the City is exploring this option</li>    <li>Share the types of fee structures being considered</li>    <li>Discuss how potential revenue could be used</li>    <li>Answer questions and listen to community perspectives </li></ul><p>This session is informational and exploratory. No decisions have been made. Community input will help inform City leaders as they evaluate next steps. </p><p>The session will include a brief presentation followed by time for questions, comments, and discussion.
