Between January 1, 2016 and May 1, 2016 all new landlords are required to attend the live seminar on Saturday, April 16, 2016, at the Eagles Club at 917 15th AVE SE, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Public Safety Seminar Certificates will be issued to attendees at the end of the seminar.
Deadline for registration is Friday, April 8, 2016.
The training provided by the Rochester Police Department is intended to foster healthy and safe neighborhoods through landlord involvement to reduce drug dealing and other illegal activity in the community. Attending the seminar satisfies the requirement for Rental Certificate issuance on all properties.
