DESCRIPTION:<p align="LEFT" dir="LTR">Join us to hear Tom will be give a brief overview of how the MN Buffer Law came into effect, background on what surface waters and ditches are covered by the law, and how to figure out if it applies to you. He will also briefly cover several aspects of program implementation including deadlines, alternative agricultural practices and why/how buffers improve water quality!</p><p>Presentation by Tom Gile, Buffers and Soil Erosion Program Coordinator with Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources</p><p><em>The Stormwater Presents Speaker Series is a monthly program featuring topics related to stormwater management in the City of Rochester.
