DESCRIPTION:<p>Rochester Public Transit announces a public meeting for members of the public to provide comment on the complete draft of the Transit Development Plan. The meeting will be held at City Hall in Conference Room 104 on Thursday, April 27, 2017, from 4:00-7:00 P.M. RPT staff will be on hand to answer questions. Two 30-minute overview presentations will be given, one at 4:30, and another at 6:00. The complete draft is now available for review on the Rochester Public Transit website www.rptride.com. Printed copies are available for review at the Rochester Public Library and the City Clerk’s Office</p><p>The Transit Development plan has been under development since 2016. In recent weeks, the draft plan was presented to the Rochester Common Council Committee of the Whole, and the Rochester Citizens Advisory on Transit which recommended the plan be advanced to the Common Council for a public hearing and adoption. Those actions are expected in May.</p>
