Call to order
Annual Meeting: Rule 2 of the Police Civil Service Commission Rules and Regulations provide that the Commission shall hold a regular meeting on the first Monday of February each year.
Agenda Item 1
Approve minutes from the December 1, 2017, meeting.
Agenda Item 2
Election of Secretary: Rule 1 of the Police Civil Service Commission Rules and Regulations provide for the elective officers of President and a Secretary and that the election of each officer shall take place annually at the time and place of the regular February meeting of the Commission; and Minnesota Statutes Section 419.02, Subdivision 1, provides that each Commission member shall be President in their third year. Based on appointment dates, Commissioner Grimm will become President at the expiration of President Healy’s term which expires on 3/31/2018.

Approve proposed changes to Police Civil Service Commission Rule 15B PO – Examinations and Weights Assigned/Promotional.
