Join us to hear Tom will be give a brief overview of how the MN Buffer Law came into effect, background on what surface waters and ditches are covered by the law, and how to figure out if it applies to you. He will also briefly cover several aspects of program implementation including deadlines, alternative agricultural practices and why/how buffers improve water quality!

The Stormwater Presents Speaker Series is a monthly program featuring topics related to stormwater management in the City of Rochester. This program is FREE of charge and no registration is needed. All presentations are held in Rochester at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota - Cascade Meadow (2900 - 19th Street NW).
