2025 - 2026 Season

The Parks & Recreation Department maintains outdoor hockey and public skating rinks and warming sheds throughout the City. Outdoor hockey and public skating rinks are scheduled to open December 13, 2025. Conditions of the outdoor rinks will fluctuate depending on the weather. Maintenance of the outdoor rinks will conclude in late February/early March 2025. depending on weather.

We plan to offer skate rentals on Saturdays & Sundays from 12-4 PM at the Soldiers Field Rink East Warming House starting on Jan. 3 and each following weekend until the end of February (weather permitting).
